Likely a reference to an AW1997 World Wide Web jacket (last slide) designed by Lorenzino Piazzi, who worked alongside Massimo Osti as a ‘style assistant’ from 1976. Navy blue colourway, 100% cotton, full zip balaclava style mask, denims patch on the sleeve & thumb holes in the cuffs.
